Winter pasture of Alvord allotment, Burns BLM District, eastern Oregon. The size of the Winter pasture was about 250,000 acres (nearly 400 square miles) when these photos were taken, making it one of the largest single pastures administered by the Bureau of Land Management.
The photos in this gallery are believed to have been taken in June, 1986 but may have been taken in June, 1987.
